At Workoba, we are looking to hire 15 sales pro’s who can be freelancers, virtual sales pro or door to door sales pro or any sort. As long as you can sell, you have a chance to be picked.

We are seeking sales professionals for a rapid growth marketing startup in search for highly motivated, detail-oriented, thorough, and organized sales agent to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in sharing information about our company and products. You will find new sales leads, deliver sales strategies, and sell company product. 

We are open for 2 sales managers, salary based (Starting $4000/month)+ commission, and the best part is 100% remote and not a 9-5 job! 

However, due to high applicants we have to pick from the best performing sales agent. It will be 3-4 months commission only position, and if you are the top 2 best performers, you will be offered the permanent job position with salary and commission. 

In addition to that, when you got the client in the 3 months commission only period, you will be receiving monthly commission for as long as you are active with the company and is your client. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make multiple outbound calls to potential customers

• Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies

• Share information about company/product by following sales scripts

• Meet all quotas for inside and outside sales

• Facilitate future sales

• Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions

• Close sales and lead customer through the purchasing process

• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support

• Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources

• Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients

• Work with the sales team to close sales

• Cold call potential sales leads

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent

• Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential customer

• Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close

• In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry

• Customer focused on gaining sales

• Persuasive and goal-oriented

• Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day

• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

• Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience is not required but preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication skills; able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with potential customers

• Ability to professionally and confidently communicate with diverse groups of people

• Ability to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines

• Demonstrated and proven sales results
