・Internal communication Email and Call by English and Japanese
・Customer support Email and Call by English and Japanese
・Document creation/translation English and Japanese
・Customer support

　　　　　-Security (SOC task)
　　　　　-Service desk system operation (NOC task)
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
