Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent
- With 1-2 years work experience in a Food Industry: As a Crew Team Leader in a fast food chain, Management Trainee, Customer Service, or equivalent is an advantage
- With people management skills
- Must know how to drive and with valid driver’s license
- Willing to do fieldworks within Ilocos Region
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and manage day to day rotisserie operations
- Overall in-charge of outlet opening activities
- Supervise and monitor the activities and performance of outlet crew
- Conduct inventory and monitoring of stocks and supplies in stores
- Coordinates with HR and manpower provider regarding crew work schedules and assignments
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time or as the need arises.
