Job Description
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree
- At least 2-3 year work experience in the field of Food Manufacturing
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Fast learner, analytical and has the ability to multi-task
- Willing to travel and do field works
- Knowledgeable in GMP
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares, checks, encodes and computes the inventory of materials needed for withdrawal based on premix requirement for daily production use
- Prepares Premix Batch Checklist and Monitoring Report for all premix to be blended or mixed
- Weighs out specified amounts of ingredients according to formula
- Receives, checks and inspects visually all material withdrawn from Warehouse Section and return any material that does not pass inspection
- Stages raw materials to be blended according to process flow specifications or instructions
