Requirements:
• Preferably with 1-year experience in BPO
• Experience working with email, chat & voice support is a big advantage
• Open for Filipino fluent in French and English.
• Preferably with experience in collections or customer service support in the US medical billing industry.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with and resolve customer issues, requests and benefits claims
• The customer care representatives should also answer telephonic calls and emails promptly
• Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner using the suggested script.
• Provide medical insurance policy details to healthcare practitioners.
• Record and report on issues that customer encounter.
