Job Description
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Architecture or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Site Acquisition/Property and Asset Management.
- Required Skill(s): Good written and verbal communication
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consistently secure and recommend new market opportunities and profitable sites.
- Analyze current and past financial data, such as financial reports, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.
- Prepare the business development budget and continually track expenses, as well as make sure we’re on track to hit targets.
- Communicates and negotiates with Lessors regarding renewal terms, rent free period, rent concessions, and other Contract or lease related concerns
- Drafts and executes the Renewal Contracts, Contract Amendments, Mutual Release, Quitclaim, and Waiver
- Consolidated and created the lease database/data management.
