We are looking for Front and Back of the House Team Leaders! 

FOH TL’s Responsibilities:

1. Overall in-charge of Dining area
2. In-charge in the implementation of the health protocols and in ensuring the health and safety of the employees and customers in the workplace
3. Ensure customer’s satisfaction by promoting and observing excellent service and responds to customers’ needs in a timely and professional manner
4. Does inventory count, organize stocks and manage food cost
5. Present various reports and other administrative requirements as needed and submits on a timely manner
6. In-charge with employees’ productivity, training, performance management, attendance and discipline
7. Responsible in helping the Restaurant Chief achieve the sales targets and store performance
8. Mastery and Execution of MIC’s High Impact Leadership Disciplines:

• A. Pre-shift
• B. On-Floor
• C. Post-Shift
