Job Description
- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in molding plastic products, applying knowledge of molding machine setup and operating techniques ad production machining methods.
- To troubleshoot and setting up process parameters to meet the approval or to establish tool trial.
- To adjust the machine whenever required to meet quality specification.
- Execute the instructions and action to meet daily target on output and follow quality standard.
- Run production follow quoted cycle time and maintain cycle time after the achievement.
- Immediate action taken to improve the rejection when there is high throw out from machine.
- Train operator how to operate machine and handle molded part quality.
Education:
- College Graduate
Experience:
- 1-2 years working experience in Plastic Injection Molding field.
- Diploma in any field or Secondary education with 1-2 working experience.
- 2-3 years of technical troubleshooting skill.
- Mold set up skill and experience.
- Good knowledge injection machine parameter’s adjustment and tool setting.
- Provide support to execute the instructions given to related production matters.
- Ability to setup tool and perform basic wiring for limit switches and core puller function tools.
- Ability to work under pressure.
