JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for timely collections of client’s accounts and maintain accurate credit information. Review, verify overdue accounts and take necessary actions per credit policy.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1 Familiarize all accounts assigned and maintain complete and accurate of
ML/ Accounts Receivable
2 Responsible to make all accounts current, consistently monitor AR due
and follow up collections
3 Prepare and issue Statement of Accounts to clients to Flavorscape and
Lakeshore project coordinated with the Credit Supervisor and Account
Management Group
4 Send notices for past due, remedial and accounts for cancellation
5 Maintain and update customers files (Sales confirmation with account
details, schedule of amortizations; index 1 and 2; OR of payments
6 Answer concerns regarding the issuance of statement of assigned
accounts with AO’s
7 Responsible to take note of any payment options requested by clients
with non-moving Accounts and discuss with Team Leader
8 Make an effort to retain with us the client and continue paying his/ her
accounts
9 Update and reconcile records with Team Leader and AO’s with any
variances
10 Prepare aging of receivables on assigned accounts
11 Regularly follow up any new accounts with AO’s
12 Client’s payment must be verified immediately and request issuance of
receipt to be attached on client’s folder
13 Submit monthly updated ML every 3rd day of the month to credit
Supervisor or Accounting Manager anytime as required
14 Monitor own percentage of collection and preparing accomplishment
report weekly
15 Perform related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from
time to time by your Immediate Superior
JOB SPECIFICATION
1.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in
Accountancy or any related-courses
2.At least one to two (1-2) years of working experience in the related field is
required for this position
3.Can work with minimal supervision
4.Analytical thinking is advantage
5.Computer Literate
6.With experience in real estate is advantage
7.Fast learner and can accept challenges to be a future Team Leader
8.Preferably residence in Manila or Pampanga
9.With a good CHARACTER and ATTITUDE.
