Position: Helpdesk Support and Technical Support
Salary Range: 23,000 – 35,000
QUALIFICATIONS:
- We are open to fresh graduates
- Customer Service experience is an advantage with tenure of at least a year with most recent job experience
- BPO experience is also an advantage
- Amenable with night and weekend shifts
YOUR ROLE:
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate
- Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
