A Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering outstanding support to the clients of the biggest and most sought-after brands.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY TASKS OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
· Answering incoming calls from customers
· Sorting out customers’ inquiries or requests
· Ensuring that customers’ requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
· Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
· Maximizing different Concentrix and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
· Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner
YOU ARE A PERFECT FIT FOR THE POSITION IF YOU:
· Are a college graduate with or without BPO experience
· Have at least six (6) months BPO experience and have at least one (1) year experience in Medical Field.
· Have good English communication skills
· Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
· Have superb computer skills
· Are willing to work in shifting schedule
