CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Description:
☑️ Outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitation and/or sales
☑️ Inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close lead/sales
☑️ Data entry to update customer relationship management (CRM) software
☑️ Respond to emails
☑️ Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive
☑️ Meet service level agreements set forth
☑️ Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
☑️ Excellent English communication skills
☑️ Typing Speed: at least 40WPM
☑️ Ability to work under pressure
☑️ Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
☑️ Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities
☑️ Intelligent
Equipment:
📌 Hardware: Laptop/Desktop
📌 Headset: an A4tech or Jabra computer headset with noise-cancelling feature
📌 Connectivity: Minimum of 10 Mbps
📌 Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype
