RECRUITMENT OFFICER
Job Description:
- Implement current recruitment processes like managing online recruitment sites and HR management system software
- Make outbound calls to conduct phone interviews to screen applicants and schedule for training (work from home during lockdown) and potentially face to face interviews (after lockdown is lifted)
- Send text message and/or email reminders to applicants
- Conduct background checks on applicants
- Ensure smooth transition from applicant status to trainee
- Create reports and provide sound advice on developing new recruitment strategies
- Continuous training to eventually become an HR Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Confident and positive demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good Work Attitude
- Intelligent
- Fast learner
- Organized and has strong attention to details
- Ability to assess presented information and decide the correct course according to the interest of the company’s objectives
- Flexible
- Experience in recruitment and/or outbound sales calls is preferred but not required
Equipment:
- Hardware: Laptop/Desktop
- Headset: an A4tech or Jabra computer headset with noise-cancelling feature
- Connectivity: Minimum of 10 Mbps
- Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype
