RECRUITMENT OFFICER
Job Description:
☑️ Implement current recruitment processes like managing online recruitment sites and HR management system software
☑️ Make outbound calls to conduct phone interviews to screen applicants and schedule for training (work from home during lockdown) and potentially face to face interviews (after lockdown is lifted)
☑️ Send text message and/or email reminders to applicants
☑️ Conduct background checks on applicants
☑️ Ensure smooth transition from applicant status to trainee
☑️ Create reports and provide sound advice on developing new recruitment strategies
☑️ Continuous training to eventually become an HR Manager
☑️ Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
☑️ Excellent English writing and communication skills
☑️ Confident and positive demeanor
☑️ Excellent interpersonal skills
☑️ Good Work Attitude
☑️ Intelligent
☑️ Fast learner
☑️ Organized and has strong attention to details
☑️ Ability to asses presented information and decide the correct course according to the interest of the company’s objectives
☑️ Flexible
☑️ Experience in recruitment and/or outbound sales calls is preferred but not required

📌 Hardware: Laptop/Desktop
📌 Headset: an A4tech or Jabra computer headset with noise-cancelling feature
📌 Connectivity: Minimum of 10 Mbps
📌 Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype
