Qualifications:
-Graduate of any 2-yr Technical course
-Knowledgeable in Test / Assembly Engineering, Product Development, Quality Systems, Reliability Test & ESD
-With experience in Manufacturing set-up, Reliability, Failure Analysis & ESD
Responsibilities:
1.Perform Product Validation tests of new products for G80 release.
2.Perform PV test for change PPAP resulting from any change during series production after G90, PV re-qualifications, and other line evaluations concerning PV
3.Perform Equipment Compliance Verification i.e. Proficiency Testing, Calibration and Preventive Maintenance
4.Support during Internal Audit for ISO/IEC 17025 and VDA6.3
5.Implement planned PV equipment schedule (qualification, test verification, etc)
6.Support during regular review of laboratory specifications, policies and procedures.
7. Initiates cost effectiveness programs and projects for the laboratory
8.Support Customer Survey as required in the Laboratory Management System
