Job Description
PURPOSE
To monitor and manage projects under WPFMG with 3rd party vendors or contractors and to monitor and manage projects under WPFMG with in-house maintenance personnel or by-administration.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 3 years of working experience with proven work experience as a project engineer
- Keen on details, Computer literate
- Able to interpret architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical (air-con, sanitary plumbing, FDAS) plans
Technical Knowledge
- Able to apply the principles/theories of civil engineering to various installation activities/processes to identify work standards, job requirements, technical problems and deficiencies
- Able to review project work performed by other professionals; Able to assist engineers in reviewing quantities, costs, accuracy of specs, completeness, constructability, and to coordinate with other professionals in the project team
- Able to take total charge of civil/architectural engineering projects in the field or office, and to obtain adherence to plans and specifications
