Job Description

  • Provide day to day leadership and management in the areas of Human Resource, Business Development, After Sales Department, Marketing Department.
  • Ensure that the delivery of high quality of services for the overall organization.
  • Experience in HR System Implementation.
  • Provides strategic advice to the Human Resource Manager on matters related to Human Resource Management.
  • Enhance human resource policies and strategies to enable the Department to effectively fulfill its functions by recruiting, training, and developing staffs in line with the organization needs as well as ensure the effective implementation of the policies and strategies.
  • Plan and coordinate the performance appraisals of the employees by providing the team with guidance on how to conduct performance appraisals and developing required forms and procedures to facilitate the process.
  • Carry out any other assignments as tasked by the President.
  • Plans department objectives related to After Sales, Banking and Business Development.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Management course or any other related field.
  • At least 8 years Managerial experience and 5 years in the area of corporate services.
  • MA degree holder will be an advantage.
  • Must have a great written and oral communications skills to relate with people, as well as produce reports and correspondences.
