Job Description
- Trainee / Junior position
- Frontline email and chat support
- Can start from May 2022
- Shift: 10pm to 7am Philippine Standard Time
- Coordination with teams in North America and Europe
- Pls indicate expected pay in application
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Great interpersonal skills – empathic and respectful
- Ability to manage emergency scenarios
- Quick to think and act while considering risks
- Creative problem solving skills
- Degree not necessary. High school graduate OK!
- Bonus: Technical Support Skills
