• You will be working closely with the Design Manager and assist with ensuring that the project’s creative direction fits the requirements
• Able to translate and obtain Product Owner and/or Founders’ specifications
• Motivate and inspire the creative team: Illustrators, copywriters, UI designers, Multimedia designers, and Brand designers so that they may use their talents to the fullest

Technical Skills

• Knowledgeable in using Figma, FigJam, and Notion. Familiarity to JIRA
• In-depth understanding of Design Thinking and Design Principles
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team is required

Generic Skills

• Someone who can lead a team and able to generate ideas during brainstorming sessions
• Able to mentor subordinates leading them to professionalism
• Monitor the creative team’s progress
• Knows how to manage their own time and tasks
