Job Description
- The position is responsible in performing repair and maintenance of copier machines deployed in clients:
- Ensures that copier machines are ready to be used in its acceptable performance level as specified by Customer Service Level Agreement; complies with total quality customer service standards.
- Provides technical support to sales department in product demonstration; performs other responsibilities to meet overall goals/objectives of the company.
- Experience in doing repair and maintenance of office machines especially laser printer is a plus.
- Can drive a motorcycle and 4 wheel vehicle with professional driver’s license
