Job Description:
As a Geodetic Engineer, you will conduct all survey and land development activities in the project site. You are expected to:
- Plan and direct the activities of geodetic surveying team
- Conduct surveys to determine exact positions, measurement of points, elevations, lines, areas, volume, contours and other features of land surfaces
- Collect survey data using the available surveying equipment in the site
- Analyze and interpret data gathered to ensure adherence to project specification and survey standards
- Ensure the correctness of mathematical calculations
- Create and submit weekly progress reports
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify for the position, you must:
- Possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering
- Be a licensed Geodetic Engineer
- Have at least 2 – 3 years’ experience in survey works and/or land development
- Be knowledgeable in survey procedures and the use of instruments (e.g. Total Station, Theodolite)
- Know how to use AutoCAD and MS Office
- Have strong leadership and communication skills to lead a team of surveying aides
- Be able to focus despite the work pressure & project timeline
- Be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Be amenable to be assigned in other project of the company
