Job Description

Job Objectives:

  • To ensure implementation and execution of new businesses and pilot projects identified as opportunity areas for the commercial sales team

  • To ensure achievement of KPIs of assigned projects through regular field checks and continuous operational improvement

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Management and Execution (70%)

  1. Prospect and conduct market intel of identified new business models and channels.

  2. Lead testing and pilot implementation of assigned projects and new businesses.

  3. Coordinate with different departments and stakeholders to ensure proper preparation and execution of developing channels projects.

  4. Ensure completeness of requirements, needed capabilities, and required enablers to ensure completion of projects.

  5. Complete assigned projects based on agreed timelines.

Sales and Operations (30%)

  1. Lead operations of new businesses and channels along with Developing Channels Manager.

  2. Direct and guide teams required to operate new businesses.

  3. Ensure periodic monitoring and timely submission of reports. 

  4. Conduct regular audits and store checks to ensure efficient and effective operations of new businesses.

Food Safety & Quality Management:

  1. Comply with quality, Halal, health and food safety policy, standards, and regulations of the company.

  2. Responsible for reporting problems related to Halal, food safety & quality management system to identified authorities.

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility,  risk management etc. 

  2. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Team Leader.



A graduate of Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and in other related field/discipline


  • At least 1 year of solid and continuous experience in sales and/or retail operations

  • With working experience leading business development projects and process development initiatives
