We are looking for a CSM VA (Customer Success Manager Virtual Assistant) to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. The person will work with our team and US client to assist with backend operational tasks.

What you’ll be doing
Help create a task list for our client’s customer success team to help them increase their productivity.
Using various marketing tools, conduct research/collect data and enter information into a templatized report provided by our client.
Help implement projects, improve processes, create documentation and share perspectives with our US team
Prepare progress and evaluation reports and identify areas for improvement in internal processes
Perform other related tasks as requested by our US team
Communicate best practices, share updates, ask questions and strengthen our relationship with the client.
Bachelor’s Degree preferably graduate in Business Management, Computer Technology, Marketing and other related fields
At least 2 years relevant BPO work experience and in data management and collection
Strong computer and Internet skills
Basic understanding about SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Willing to work within U.S. business hours and in-office
Team player; willing to be trained for new responsibilities for project and company growth
Good navigational skills and high attention to detail
Knowledgeable in Google docs, sheet & slides, MS Office Applications and Asana
Ability to complete task before the provided due date and attend to task in advance
CSR or TSR experience can be an advantage for this role
Can work with minimal supervision and has no attendance issues
