-You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis especially at Site
-You will be the contact point for all team members
-You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration
-Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team
-Participates in the implementation of divisional and company initiatives and strategies
-Ensures all team members receive the appropriate training and education, including ongoing compliance training, such ISDP etc.
-Ensures compliance with our Clients regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care.
-Actively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and -standards of behavior
-Perform related duties as may assign by the Immediate Supervisor
-Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
