What does it take to be successful in this role?
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the Clinch platform to support clients in using Clinch’s platform end-to-end
- Ensure that our platform delivers an excellent user experience from software usage to interactions with support
- Manage, triage & resolve customer tickets promptly: responding to platform questions, escalating platform bugs to our internal dev team
- Understand client workflows from creative development, set up and reporting analysis
- Contribute to internal knowledge basis to share your expertise & learnings across the organization
You should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a SaaS support role or a background in ad operations
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Extremely detail-oriented, and proven ability and desire to learn new technologies and skills
- Must be self-driven with exceptional people and task management skills
