Location: EMAPTA Makati—permanent work from home 

Schedule: Mon. to Fri. 7AM-4PM Manila time 

Headcount needed:

You will be responsible for: 

  • Send a Welcome email confirming the meeting time and link to complete a fact find 
  • Follow up a client if fact find is not completed on the day of Mcall 
  • Sending Agency Agreement to repeat clients via hello sign 
  • Taking notes during the McCall  
  • Sending brief signoff to clients via HelloSign 
  • Create a client Slack channel 
  • Invite the client to Slack  
  • Helping support with preparing search update content so the Account Manager can update the clients more efficiently on how their search is progressing  
  • Prepare Key Dates PDF and share 
  • Send contract and rental appraisal to broker 
  • Introduce the client to the conveyancer 
  • Keep dates updated in Airtable 
  • Touch base with broker 5 days before finance is due 
  • Touch base with Aqua Man 5 days before the inspection condition is due 
  • Email Intro Property Manager and Client  
  • Organize Insurance Quotes 
  • Book final inspection with Property Manager 
  • Send Property Manager items to check at final inspection: working order and/or agreed to fix from B&P 
  • Conduct Debrief Call  
  • Prepare debrief call notes template 
  • Preparing individual property performance assessments so the Account Manager can share these with clients more effectively 
  • Preparing 6 monthly Dashdot Property Review Document 

Technology involved: 

  • External: Gmail, Town planning websites, Council websites 
  • Internal: Airtable, Slack, Loom, Zoom, Google Drive, RP Data, Microburbs, Realestateinvestar, Webclipper, SQM, Google Sheets, Gsuite, Tablo 
  • Note:  Will also include many new, as yet unspecified tools and platforms in the nature of this role. 

Key requirements:  

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service and/or Administrative roles 
  • Intermediate Excel/Spreadsheet Skills (Formula expert) 
  • Google Suite proficient 
  • Exceptional written and verbal English skills  
  • Has very high attention to detail 
  • Highly organized 
  • Able to manage multiple tasks at once 
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to changing environments
