Job Description:
- Conducts ERM awareness to process owners and heads (as needed).
- Assist and support ERM Head in the management and facilitation of ERM Committees/Working groups.
- Facilitate the analysis, evaluation, and treatment of all identified risks.
- Assist the ERM Head in the establishment and communication of ERM Policies, Guidelines, Processes, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Assist and monitor the alignment and integration of ERM with Business Continuity Plan, Crisis Management, and other strategic management systems and processes.
- Assist in the establishment of a reporting mechanism for management.
- Monitor ERM Policies, Guidelines, and KPI compliance of the ePLDT Group.
- Review, update and maintain the Risk Register of ePLDT Group.
- Assist in the establishment of a reporting mechanism for management.
- Monitor ERM Policies, Guidelines, and KPI compliances of the ePLDT Group.
- Other duties and tasks that are deemed reasonable in accordance with the overall business goals assigned by the ERM Head (e.g., coordination with PLDT, Smart and affiliate companies, etc.)
Qualifications:
- With 3-5 years of experience managing ERM in complex organization/s;
- Experience in Information and Communication Technology Company is desirable;
- A thorough understanding of risk identification, analysis, assessment/evaluation
- Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Planner, Visio)
- With Insurance Management experience
- With ISO certification
- Have excellent communication, facilitation, and report writing skills.
- Can work along with the team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Relevant Enterprise Risk Management and Management System training
