2.1 Injection Department Head shall be directly reporting to the Plant Manager
2.2 Responsible for the production of all moulded parts which include, Plastic Injection, Blow Moulding and power Press
2.3 Responsible in Mould Section Department ensuring that all moulds are properly maintained
2.4 Oversee on time repair and improvement of moulds to prevent production delay
2.5 Oversee repairs of all machines that requires mechanical problem
2.6 Oversee ordering and inventory of spare parts, Supplies and consumables
2.7 Coordinate with the other departments to ensure smooth operation and prevent delay
2.8 Plan and implement annual machine preventive maintenance
2.9 Responsible in aligning the whole Injection Department Quality Manual based on ISO 9001; 2015 Quality Management System. This includes generation and revision of forms and process flow and procdures.
2.10 Oversees the whole job responsibilities of the Injection Department Section Head
