JOB 1 (Insurance Dialer VA):

·      Cold calling leads to source potential clients for Medical Account

·      Booking of appointments

·      Texting leads (if part of the service requested by the client)

Skills and Attributes:

·      Must have at least a (1) year of experience working in a BPO company or Work-Form-Home set up doing OUTBOUND COLD CALLING APPOINTMENT SETTING or OUTBOUND COLD CALING SALES tasks for a US Insurance, Healthcare or Medical related accounts

·      At least 300 dials a day, a list of non expecting people, and setting quota of at least 4 appointments or 4 sales a day for a professional to call and sell something

·      Excellent English with clear word pronunciation

·      Able to work full time, at least 40 hours a week

·      Experienced working in US Insurance, Healthcare or Medical related accounts

·      Acclimate to work night shifts

·      Must posses the ability to empathize and acknowledge customer concerns

·      Able to fill out an excel or google spreadsheet

·      Great communication skills is a must

·      Highly motivated and must have strong work ethics

·      Has positive attitude and is aspiring to grow

·      Reliable and flexible

JOB 2 (Insurance Admin VA):


·      Assist in client’s recruitment efforts

·      Attend to onboarding documents and licensing requirements of new employees

·      Posting of content on Social Media pages

·      Assist agents, policy holders and clients with their needs (as they come)

·      Daily communication/reporting to client

·      Ensure that all records are properly updated and maintained on a day-to-day basis

·      Conduct daily follow ups for charge backs and policy stages

Skills and Attributes

·      At least 2 years of admin experience of admin virtual assistant, working from home

  • Should have worked on all social media platforms Facebook,
  • Instagram, linked

In, Twitter. They must have posted for a business

·      Must pass background check- call previous employer, NBI and police clearance (can be reimbursed)

·      Be very proficient in Excel and Microsoft office and google calendar and able to schedule in google calendar (these are basics for any admin)

·      Be very proficient in google drive (google sheets, google docs, storing info and sharing info)

·      Knowledge in using G-Suite and Canva is a plus

·      Must know how to use Zoom, Skype and other communication gateways

·      Must be familiar in Data Entry

·      Willing to work night shifts

·      Great communication skills

·      Highly motivated and must have strong work ethics

·      Has positive attitude and is aspiring to grow

·      Reliable and flexible

·      Acclimate to working at night
