We’re looking for a fast and organized FOOD SAFETY OFFICER– strong communication skills, hardworking, keen to detail and ensuring accuracy and compliance in Food Safety standard . At THE FEEL GOOD FOOD GROUP FOOD INC., we have 3 fast growing health food brands: Ketos of Manila (ketogenic diet delivery), Eat’s Life Manila (health food diet delivery) and The Sugar-Free Bakery (a pioneer of the sugar-free, low-carb, gluten-free desserts and pastries).
Food Safety Officer Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversees the development, preparation and distribution of food production.
- Ensures site compliance with regulatory standards
- Ensure food safety and quality standard of FDA, GMP, HACCP and etc.
- Meets established standards of portion accuracy, attractiveness and sanitation in strict accordance with charts, measurements and menus.
- Supervise food production and evaluate the food quality.
- Provides services required in a pleasant, helpful, and positive attitude to demonstrate positive customer service. Performs food service and other tasks assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Nutrition, Food Technology, Dietetics & Nutritional Sciences
- With 1-2 yrs of bulk food production experience. FSCO/Food Manager certificate is a plus.
- Willing to assign to Pasig
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Computer Literate and work w/ minimum supervision
- Can start ASAP
