Job Overview
Provide sales and procurement administrative support to Sales Managers in Perth, WA to achieve overall customer satisfaction in an effective and timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs sales related administrative tasks specifically in pre-sales and after-sales such as but not limited to quotation making, procurement, sales, orders, invoicing and other account management- relevant tasks
- Communicate to suppliers and internal company members as required
- Work closely with other Account Support Officers and Sales Manager including Cebu and Perth Engineers on a day-to-day basis to meet client needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in IT, Computer Science, business administration and/or any other business-related courses
- Relevant experience in a Sales Support role or Procurement role will be highly regarded
- Previous roles working in admin or data entry jobs are highly encouraged to apply
- Understands basic procurement process/procedure
- Intelligent, above average analytical skills
- Good command in verbal or written English
- Well organized and has a keen eye for detail
- Capable of effectively prioritizing multiple tasks
- Team player
- Likes to express ideas
- Understands that customer is of number 1 priority
