WHO/WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for excellent Customer Service/Phone Specialists who can work full-time remotely to support our Stallion Express operation by providing high-quality customer service assistance via telephone, email and chat to our clients.
YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM:
- Serve as a point of contact of customers that needs assistance via live chats, emails or inbound calls
- Ensuring all inquiries are responded to in an effective and timely manner while adhering to company policies and standards
- Respond to our customer’s concerns on Helpscout App
- Answer inbound calls or make outbound calls using RingCentral (attend inquiries, and reaching out to our existing and potential customers)
- Manage the CRM database of our clients and customers
- Be an advocate and excellent partner to our clients to ensure satisfaction
- Other ad hoc tasks that will be assigned from time-to-time
- 3 to 5 years of solid experience in customer service
- Patient, compassionate, and understanding temperament to provide service to individuals that could be frustrated
- Stable and fast internet connection (at least 10MBPS) and well-maintained computer equipment (At least with 8 GB RAM)
- Noise-cancellation microphone for high-quality calls
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Can work effectively with minimal supervision
- Willing to work on a graveyard shift (10 AM to 6 PM EST)
- Tech-savvy. Can learn new software/ technology quickly
- Team-player and can work well with others
NOT REQUIRED, BUT WOULD BE A GREAT ASSET:
- Having an Outbound SALES experience is an advantage but not required
- 1-2 years exposure working as Quality Assurance Representative in a BPO company
Monday to Friday. Must be available to work from 10AM – 6PM EST, 40 hours a week.
**May be required to work on weekends occasionally during peak seasons.
