Job Description
Qualifications:
- At least High school, Senior Highschool Graduate / K-12
- Minimum 6 months to 1-year BPO experience
- Good – Excellent communication skill
- Has a good customer service orientation
- Accounts available Food Delivery App, Financial App and Home Tech Security
- Willingness to work on-site if required
Responsibilities:
• Providing day-to-day customer service support to customers needs based on client account services or products
• May handle assistance through phone, chat or email
• Prioritizes and escalates support incidents and requests based on business impact and documented guidelines
• Utilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questions
• Ensuring quality support and customer satisfaction
