Requirements:
Must be at least a High School Graduate. With or Without Call Center experience are welcome to apply. Must be able comfortable communicating in English. Must be able to type at least 25wpm. Must have basic computer skills. WFH and WAO openings are available.
Responsibilities:
Providing day-to-day customer service support to customers needs based on client account services or products. May handle assistance through phone, chat or email. Prioritizes and escalates support incidents and requests based on business impact and documented guidelines. Utilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questions. Ensuring quality support and customer satisfaction.
