Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Drafting from a technical school or a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.   
  • Strong proficiency in Vectorworks and photo-realistic render software (such as Enscape, Cinema 4D or other).    
  • At least 5 years of working experience as an Architectural Visualiser or 3D Artist.   
  • Experience and portfolio in high-end photo-realistic architectural and store design renders.   
  • Experience in drafting plans for store design and retail fit-out projects is an advantage.

What You Will Do 

  • Work as part of your client’s Architecture and Interior (A&I) team with personnel such as the Chief Strategy Officer, Head of Retail and Design, Design Directors, and Project Managers.  
  • Working from rough drawings and specifications, use Enscape or Cinema 4D to produce high-quality photo-realistic renders and plans.   
  • Prepare conceptual presentation sketches, plans, BIM models, and images based on written project briefings or discussions.  
  • Assist in the creation of structural drawings in Vectorworks.   
  • Perform additional drawing assignments as needed (ensuring that changes do not have unforeseen effects on other construction elements).
