The Customer Support role requires exceptional oral and written English communication skills. Depending on the client, the role generally involves taking in support calls, email and data entry tasks, such as support ticketing and order fulfillment.

- Strong English speaking and writing skills.
- At least a year of work experience as a Customer Service Representative.
- Possessing a desktop or laptop with an Intel i3 CPU or AMD equivalent processor, 8 GB RAM, SSD hard drive, headset with noise-canceling mic, working webcam, and a stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.
