The Role:

This is a unique opportunity to be a key member of the growing global sales team to help our international expansion. You will leverage your experience in selling B2B solutions to global clients, to drive a world class sales experience for Healthcare providers so that they can the world benefit from the Groworx offerings.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with client executives to develop and implement effective Recruitment, Training and Migration strategies using the Groworx solutions.

• Manage inbound and outbound Lead generation, supporting sales execution & picking up SQLs or MQL’s to qualify for sales discovery calls

• Liaise with marketing to build sales campaigns that will automate pipeline generation

• With the marketing team, manage lead generation activities including lead generation for corporate events

• Forecasting lead generation and account planning on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis

Lead Generation

• Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies

• Building business relationships with current and potential clients

Account Management

• Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts

Sales Administration

• Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences

• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information

• Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software Stakeholder management

• Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans

What specific experience we are looking for:

• 4 + years of experience with lead generation and prospect management selling B2B solutions to global clients

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.

• Having an excellent executive presence and the ability to lead and support a complex sales process

• Persuasive and goal-oriented

• Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

• Able to communicate with C-Level Executives professionally and confidently

• Excellent analytical and time-management skills

• Demonstrated and proven sales results

• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
