JOB OVERVIEW

The client is a fast-growing business and out valuations team is modernizing and requires assistance with running and managing data in SalesForce CRM.As Virtual Assistant/ Sales Coordinator you will be a trusted advisor and is expected to support multiple senior managers. You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders and clients.To be successful in this role, you will be expected to understand the business, demonstrate a high level of business acumen and exceptional Salesforce organisational skills which will contribute to seamless day to day reporting and operations.This role, and the organisations are fast paced and evolving where good performance and people are rewarded with many and varied challenges along the way. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure high quality data is entered and maintained to generate operational and sales reports for senior valuers and management
  • Write error-free, eloquent emails and letters
  • Proactively source sales meetings with potential customers and setting appointments
  • Provide necessary data & reports to the management & valuations team
  • Contribute to internal administration processes and system upkeep
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements
  • Valuation monitoring, updating sales sheet, valuation order nos, client details, delivery dates, and contacting sales for the list of follow-ups
  • Manage sales-related activity including generating weekly emails to be sent out to the Business Managers of outstanding responses or follow-ups from staff and clients.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple priorities and projects on a timely basis.
  • Attend administration meetings to create agendas, take minutes and provide reporting

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or other related discipline is a plus, but not required
  • At least 4-5 years of experience as Executive Assistant or sales team Assistant with stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and computer (primarily Outlook, Excel, Access, Teams) skills
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM as one of the software required is preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, always able to provide accurate and high-level quality work
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining focused on quality and delivery
  • Good administrative and organizational ability.
  • Ability to learn quickly and think ahead
