QUALIFICATIONS:
- With at least 5 years of experience in Property Management
- Must be Licensed Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
- Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance programs and energy conservation practices
- Experienced in financial, vendor and contract management
- Effective communications skills
- Strong work ethics
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- To assist the Operations and Leasing Manager in overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the building.
- Liaise with tenants and tenant’s representative.
- Coordinate and manage maintenance, housekeeping and security activities.
- Ensure that the facilities meet regulatory standards and codes.
