Job Description
Salary: PHP30K-40K
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Set project timeline
- Monitor project deliverables
- Ensure projects are moving in a timely manner and reports are in place
- Vendor Management
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of Project Management experience in the Property/Real Estate Industry is required
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Good communication skills and detail-oriented
- Willing to work ONSITE (Makati)
- Willing to work for a contractual type of employment (6 months with possible extension)
