As Head of Talent, you will be critical to Tutuka’s success by ensuring that we attract high calibre candidates meeting the immediate and future needs of Tutuka. Your passion for providing exceptional candidate experience inspires a relentless focus on all stages of the hiring journey. As you partner with the rest of the business, you will provide strategic talent guidance to hiring managers.
Success in this role will come from driving scalability and leveraging automation tools, building exceptional processes that allow us to scale rapidly without compromising on quality, ultimately bringing together process, people and technology.
You will be well versed in Talent Acquisition when it comes to how we plan, engage, source and assess at Tutuka. This is a high-profile role that requires an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to drive the agenda in a complex, fast paced, dynamic fintech.

What you get to do:
You will ultimately be responsible for Talent Acquisition, working with the Tutuka teams to define a clear sourcing & recruiting strategy, screening process and delivery model.
Driving efficiencies and an excellent candidate journey ensuring continuous improvement to optimise end-to-end talent acquisition processes, approaches and reporting, to ensure data driven decision-making.
Anticipate and respond to changes in the external market to drive innovative solutions, maintaining a high level of diverse hiring practices.
Develop and implement optimum talent sourcing channels, overseeing supplier relationships covering all services in talent acquisition ensuring the delivery of optimum service levels in accordance with contractual obligations.
Being a key member of the people team, you will work with the team and the employer branding champion to ensure Tutuka is always well represented both internally and externally, continually finding new ways of working to develop our attraction and recruitment strategies.
Acting as a leader and mentor to both your own team as well as to hiring managers, focusing on developing each member using your knowledge and experience to build hiring training initiatives to help the teams flourish.
Implement a clear set of team goals and find clever ways to measure the progress, whilst proactively looking for ways to improve along the way. Thinking constantly about automation, optimisation & delivery.
What it takes to succeed:
Global Mindset: with experience and understanding gained from operating across different geographies and cultures.
Team Lead Experience: Able to influence hiring managers with regards to recruitment practice and selection activities. Have proven experience of managing and motivating a team of recruiters, and lead by example.
Growth/Scale-up experience: Develop an approach to capture and screen the right talent and how to present this information
Background in hands-on technical headhunting: Experience in sourcing top tech talent through various channels.
Change Management: experience with associated skills in communications; stakeholder engagement; and leading and driving behavioural change with the ability to prioritise and react to tight timescales.
Strategic and operational attitude: Strong work ethic, accountability, and ownership of work, with a focus on collaborative working to share knowledge and expertise to drive the performance of others.
Experience in building communities: network and drive initiatives around this – content-driven, partnerships and event initiatives.
This is a full-time, remote contract position.
