Job Description
Job Function:
- Promote and sell projects to partnered companies and to the public and assure to achieve sales target or quota
- Assists clients with their inquiries from site viewing up to documentation stage. If requested, up to moving in
- Create a database of companies within the area of responsibility and make sure to send them updates regarding promos and incentives
- Create monthly calendar of sales activities and ensure the progress of it
- Process leads from different mediums and platforms and other KAG lead generation activities
- Prepares and submit reports regularly (Weekly activity, Weekly itinerary, Monthly sales Forecast and Post activity report)
- Tap clients or companies and conduct presentations every week -either face to face or via zoom/google meet (with minimum number of account required per week)
- Handle employees, referrals and VIP accounts and assist them with their inquiry
- Prequalify and process all necessary documents of the clients from initial to full documentary requirements and and assist them in choosing the right financing
- Coordinate schedule and of projects and sales presentation, manning to exhibitions or any related task with partnered companies and KAG initiated activities
- Assist during sales activities and events, meetings and presentation initiated by the Key Accounts Group
- Plans and can execute marketing campaigns as part of the business development initiative
- Develop and nurture business relationship with clients to ensure future sales
Job Qualifications:
- Must possess a bachelors degree in Business/Management/Marketing or related
- Has at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, Real Estate, Pharmaceutical, Car Dealership or Insurance
- With good communication skills
- Personable with good business etiquette
- Able to sell and negotiate
- Must have a good network of professionals
- Key opinion leaders and decision makers
