We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Digital Insights Manager – Global Publishing Services (Quezon City).

Workstyle: Hybrid

Principal responsibilities

·        The Digital Insights Manager will be responsible for developing deploying and managing innovative digital analytics and reporting for HSBC owned websites and apps. The successful candidate will identify opportunities for improvement and provide data-driven strategic insights to maximize customer conversions and ecommerce revenue. The Digital Insights Manager also serves as the subject matter expert for web and digital marketing analytics tools A/B and multivariate testing tools, ecommerce testing tools and the tag management platform.

·        The Digital Insights Manager, as a subject matter expert, will provide guidance and monitor implementation strategy for websites managed by Global Publishing Services (GPS) and other teams across all areas of the HSBC Group. These will include: tag management and web analytics, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), website accessibility, website quality reviews, Information Architecture, Management Information. In addition, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), provide insightful analytics reporting, accessibility reviews and adoption of industry best practices.

·        The Digital Insights Manager will work closely with management of Staff and Public channels to implement optimisation strategies as well as to actively audit and analyse Group websites to mitigate risk, enhance effectiveness, user experience and the sites’ overall quality.

·        The Digital Insights Manager will ensure team development through project opportunities, training and coaching sessions. The role holder will work with stakeholders to drive website optimsation improvements and resolve issues and concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements

•              Should have post-secondary education – either at the degree level or a relevant professional diploma or certificate

•              5 – 8 years professional experience in website optimisation and web analytics field

•              Knowledgeable in SEO best practices, Google Analytics, WCAG 2.1 and other website standards (W3C)

•              Proficiency in website quality and SEO tools such as Sitebeam, Google and Bing Webmaster tools, Ahrefs, Semrush and other external tools

•              Perceived as a Subject Matter Expert in Google Analytics Adobe/Adobe Analytics or other Tag Management Platforms and large-scale A/B and Multivariate testing tools

•              Proficiency in various ad platforms such as Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Bing, Twitter or YouTube will be an added advantage

•              Working knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud tools including Analytics Target DTM and Audience Manager

•              Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and ecommerce strategy and design

•              Skilled in managing cookie audits in compliance to GDPR standards

•              Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)

•              Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal communication skills

•              Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

•              Strong attention to detail

•              Able to work under pressure and ability to meet deadlines

•              Able to work as part of a team or as an individual

•              Able to lead and manage a team
