Job Description

Timekeeping of Direct Employees.
Company Loan
Leave monitoring of direct employees.
Making of monthly salary report (Direct and Agency).
Assist in Biometrics enrollment.
Computation of 13th month pay and separation pay.
Company initiated benefits (VL, SL, Matrimonial, Bereavement and Paternity).
Conversion of unused VL.
All Government mandated reports (Monitoring and Documentation)SSS/ HMDF Contribution
SSS/ HMDF Loan
Solo Parent
PHIC Hospitalization documents (CF1 and COC)
BIR (TIN application and update)
Employees Orientation (Benefits only)
Daily rounds at the production area
Other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time.
Coordination with Accounting and department head for other related concerns

Job Qualifications

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
With at least 2-year experiences in Payroll, Timekeeping, Compensation & Benefits
With Strong personality
Can Work in a fast paced environment
