Key Responsibilities:
· End-to-end contract lifecycle management:
· Contract drafting, redlining
· Negotiation via playbooks
· Key contract data abstraction
· Administration in CLM
· Deviation analysis
· Risk and compliance
· SLA governance
Key Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Law
- Hands-on experience with APTTUS or other allied tools would be an advantage
- Strong legal domain knowledge and aptitude
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good analytical skills and business acumen
- Completing quality work products and completing task with minimum supervision
- Good understanding of commercial and legal implications
- Open to working in shifts [EMEA and AMER time zones]
- Amenable to work on hybrid set up.
- Work location is in BGC Taguig.
