Job Description
We are looking for Paid Digital Ads Manager or Digital Paid Media Manager with extensive experience in campaign setup, launching, managing, monitoring and reporting of all paid media and marketing activities of our company.
To assist all paid search campaigns on Google and FB, as well as other search, social, and display marketing platforms. Effectively manage campaign budget and work with the Marketing team in order to maximize ROI, drive scaled traffic volumes and generate material new customer acquisition.
Job Responsibilities:
- Setup, manage and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads, and any other paid advertising platforms that can generate a positive ROI
- Create and present different strategies for clients across multiple channels.
- Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
- Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
- Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
- Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs
- Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media (Google Adwords, PPC, FB Ad, Youtube, and other paid campaigns)
- Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media
- Set up Google Data Studio reports as well as ensure Google Analytics is set up correctly.
- Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting
- Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
- Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations for corrective modifications with a view to ongoing optimization.
Required Experience / Qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in Marketing, Business, and other related courses
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, SEO, and FB as well as being well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Highly motivated and focused on seeing initiatives through to completion
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
