Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs for all employees and leaders
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Develop and implement leadership development programs (talents, newly promoted and seasoned leaders)
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
- Assess the success of employee development plans
- Equip and enable leaders to develop their team members
- Support employees to develop their full potential though managing and supporting of training & education initiatives.
- Implement P&C Development toolkit.
- Manage the Training Management System (TMS)
- Manage People Management Processes (Performance Evaluation, Goal Setting etc.)
- Manage Talent Management & Succesion Planning (TMSP)
- Manage initiatives to measure, embrace and increase employee satisfaction
- Manage employee engagement programs
- Support the organization, leaders and employees with change management, and organization development
- Prepare training budgets and other resources for Management’s approval
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience as Learning & Development Expert or similar
- Solid experience in Organization Development
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology or a related field
