Responsibilities
•Responsible in receivables and payment collections
•Review customer accounts and credit information
•Monitoring the status of accounts and coordinate with customers through call and email and make sure payments are made on time
•Support customer problems and inquiries
•Maintain the accuracy records of all collections

Requirements:
•Filipino who can speak, read and write in Korean language
•Korean National proficient in English
