Position: Mandarin-Cantonese Client Service Representative
Location: Taguig City
Salary: Php 80,000-Php 90,000
Schedule: Dayshift schedule but must be open to a shifting schedule

Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, etc.
- May assist field representatives in account maintenance.
- May include some order processing duties.
- Learn and become a solution expert, in demonstrating our technology solutions
- Help increase response rates across Financial, AR/AP and Legal products via phone calls and emails
- Work with other Confirmation teams and global office locations to share, quantify and scale best practices
- Additional responsibilities will evolve based on the changing needs of our clients and industry.
- Work with audit firms to expand Confirmation usage
Qualifications:
- Ability to speak, read and write in Mandarin, Cantonese a plus
- Preferably with Software as a Service technology experience and knowledge.
- Preferably 1 + years of customer support and/or sales experience.
- Preferably Financial Industry (Accounting, Banking) background.
- Knowledge or expertise in Salesforce.com, Excel, SCRUM is a plus
- A positive attitude and the ability to embrace change are keys to success
