Duties:
• Ensure the customer satisfaction and set the proper expectations with Customer Support
• Respond and acknowledge customer’s request and predict the risk and escalations based on customers statement
• Handle the high risk escalations and analyze or gather the information to support the customer
Requirements:
• Must be a degree holder in any course.
• At least 2 years of experience in supporting enterprise technologies.
• Customer Service experience is preferred
• Can speak, read and write Mandarin language
